Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
Requests after 30 days are not accepted.

Proof of purchase is required.

Non returnable items
Perishable goods, including food and flowers.
Newspapers and magazines.
Gift cards.
Downloadable or digital software.
Personal care, health, intimate, or sanitary items.
Hazardous materials.
Flammable liquids or gases.

Partial refunds
Partial refunds apply in these cases.
Books with clear signs of use.
Opened CDs, DVDs, software, games, or similar media.
Items damaged, incomplete, or altered for reasons not caused by us.
Returns received after 30 days.

Refund process
Returned items are inspected after receipt.
You receive email confirmation once inspection is complete.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Processing time depends on your bank or card provider.

Sale items
Only regular priced items qualify for refunds.
Discounted or sale items do not qualify.

Exchanges
Exchanges apply only to defective or damaged items.
Email info@solutionq.africa before sending any item.
Exchanges apply to the same product only.

Gifts
Gift items shipped directly to you qualify for store credit.
Once the return is approved, store credit is issued.
If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund goes to the original buyer.

You pay return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are not refunded.
Return shipping costs are deducted from approved refunds.
Use a trackable courier for high value items.
We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
