The IPAD CU-SP1 is a compact, semi-automated external defibrillator (AED) designed for easy use in public and out-of-hospital settings. When connected to a patient, it automatically acquires and analyzes the patient’s electrocardiogram (ECG) to detect shockable rhythms like Ventricular Fibrillation or Ventricular Tachycardia. If a shockable rhythm is detected, the device self-charges and delivers a defibrillating shock upon pressing the SHOCK button. Throughout the rescue operation, the IPAD CU-SP1 provides clear guidance using voice prompts and indicators such as LED lights and graphical displays. With its lightweight, portable design and battery power, the IPAD CU-SP1 is an ideal choice for ensuring quick and effective response in emergency situations.
